This policy applies to consultations, nutritional plans, personalized programs, subscriptions, and digital services from Kilo Nutrition.

Consultations

Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows may forfeit the right to a refund or rescheduling.

Customized plans and programs

Because nutritional plans and training programs are personalized, they are non-refundable once the development process has begun.

Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled before the next renewal date. Payments already processed are non-refundable for the current period, except where required by law.

Digital programs and downloadable materials

Digital resources, guides, documents, and downloadable materials are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

Exceptions

Kilo Nutrition may evaluate exceptions on a case-by-case basis due to force majeure, billing errors, or special circumstances.
